God loves our Family - Sis.Devisree Testimony

Sis.Devisree J, Student from NIT Trichy, was born and brought up in a non-Christian family. She studied in a Christian school which helped her to know about God. She strongly believed that Jesus Christ is the True God but she felt its not that important to commit herself to Christ.
One fine day her friend Nikitha (NIT disciple) invited Devisree to seek God and learn Bible and then she gave time to study the Bible though she was busy in the hostel. After studying the Bible she understood the importance of being a disciple of Jesus. Though COVID 19 lockdown pushed her midway to get back to her home town Usilampatti, Sis.Sarah was teaching her the Bible virtually from Trichy. This lockdown helped her to realize a lot to focus on changing her heart. She was inspired to invite her sister Subha for the Bible study virtually. Both the sisters studied the Bible online through zoom video calls.
Then they both decided wholeheartly to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior on May 31, and both were added into the Family of God in Trichy with the help of near by disciples from Madurai church.
Initially, She was so scared to talk about her life change to her mother but after sharing her life her mother was not reacting but responding to God's call.

That's amazing!!! That's how God works in every family. Then her mother Sis.Kayarkanni also studied the Bible and accepted Jesus as Lord with the help of her own daughters and the sisters from Madurai church.

Today the whole family worship Jesus and are faithful to God.

Such an incredible joy and faith building to see this whole family accepting Jesus as their Lord.

Acts 16:31
They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”

God has a plan for every family...and God does it.

Glory to God.
